Returns & Refunds And Funds Transfer At Spotcash

By purchasing, accepting or using a Card, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement as it may be amended from time to time.

You further agree that you are bound by this Agreement if you use any services at Spotcash.

Please read this Agreement about Returns & Refunds carefully and keep it for future reference. The current version of these Terms and Conditions can be found on Spotcash's website https://www.Spotcash.in

It is open for all to view these Terms and Conditions.

Disputes, Returns, Refunds and Chargebacks

If at any time you become aware of an unauthorised transaction made using any of your Cards you must notify your bank by calling the Customer Service number on bank's website immediately and without undue delay and, in any event, within thirty (30) days of the date of the transaction. we reserve the right to refuse a refund under this Clause XVI of Terms & Conditions where you fail to notify us within two (2) days of the date of the transaction.

  • I - Disputes Of Transaction

    If we are found that an alleged fraudulent transaction made by you from other cards at Spotcash we will promptly investigate your transaction and we will proceed further for refund of your transaction.
    Unless we suspect a potential fraud on your part, we will immediately refund the transaction amount claimed by you.
    However, if Spotcash has evidence of a potential fraud on your part, prior to making a refund to that card's holder,
    we may ask you to provide us further information about the transaction (for instance, to enable us to confirm that the transaction was properly authenticated). we also affirm that you will cooperate with police or other governmental enforcement bodies if requested to do so.

  • II - Disputes for Incorrectly Executed Transactions At Spotcash

    • We will promptly investigate your complaint and will immediately correct any error made by you at Spotcash.

    • We will refund any incorrectly executed transaction immediately unless we have any reason to believe that the incident has been caused by a breach of this Agreement, gross negligence or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. If the investigations show that any disputed transaction was authorised by you, or you have acted fraudulently or with gross negligence, you may be liable any loss we suffer because of the use of the Card.

  • III - Refunds Of Transaction

    If you used your credit card for the original purchase services at Spotcash,
    there are following terms and conditions for refunds of transaction...

    • You'll get the refund back to your credit card within 3-7 working days, if your transaction amount does not setteled at Spotcash's account.
    • Once your transaction setteled in Spotcash's account you will not able to get refunds in Credit Card.
    • Once your transaction setteled in Spotcash's wallet you will get refunds in bank account but transaction fee amount will not be refunds. For transaction fee please visite our website's pricing section.
    • Refunded transaction amount will transfer through IMPS, NEFT and RTGS mode. Some Banks have different time limits. While some bank may allow up to 2 days to request a account refund, transaction amount will charges 5% flat , remaining amt will credit self bank account others may have shorter time periods.

  • IV - Except for Disputes Refunds, Returns and Fraud, the following Terms apply

    You agree to attempt to first settle all disputes, other than disputes for alleged fraud or incorrectly executed transactions as are described in Paragraphs above of this Section, concerning transactions you make using the funds on any of your Cards with Spotcash's with whom you made those transactions. If you notify Spotcash that you dispute a transaction and you have not first attempted to settle that dispute, we reserve the right to require you to first attempt to settle the dispute before we will take any action on your behalf. If you want Spotcash to attempt to resolve the dispute (and providing you have first attempted to resolve the dispute yourself), we will attempt to resolve the dispute with the bank in accordance with the relevant Visa/Mastercard/Rupay regulations in force at the time of your transaction or dispute.

    You may claim a refund for a transaction that you authorised provided that:

    • A. Your authorisation did not specify the exact amount when you consented to the transaction;
    • B. The amount of the transaction exceeded the amount that you could reasonably have expected it to be (taking into account your previous spending pattern on the Card, the Terms and Conditions and the circumstances of this case).

      Such a refund must be requested from us within two(2) days of the amount being deducted from a Card. We may require you to provide us with evidence to substantiate your claim. We will, at minimum, but not be limited to:

      • A. Require you to provide Spotcash written documentation of the nature of the desired Chargeback, and verify that you have attempted to resolve the dispute with the merchant;

      • B. Return the disputed charge to the merchant if allowed by Mastercard regulations,

      • (1) Place the funds in dispute in a safeguarded status until the dispute is settled through the Mastercard dispute management process.

        • a. The funds in dispute will not be available for your use until the dispute has been resolved in your favour.
        • b. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, the funds will be released to you.
        • c. If the dispute is resolved in the merchant’s favour the funds will be forwarded to such merchant owner.

      If you desire Spotcash to attempt to resolve a dispute with service provider from whose funds withdrawal with any of your Cards, we will, as a minimum, but not be limited to:

      • Require you to provide Spotcash with written documentation that you did not receive the funds from Service Provider. Generally, Service Provider disputes result from the funds or delivering a smaller amount than you requested. we may require you to provide additional information about the situation or take additional actions such as:
        • 1. Provide Spotcash with a copy of the service provider receipt(s) you received;
        • 2. Dispute the transaction, if allowed, by card regulations.
        • 3. Place the funds in dispute in a safeguarded status until the dispute is settled through the Card Organisation’s dispute management system.
        • 4. These funds will not be available to you to spend until the dispute has been resolved in your favour.
        • 5. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, the funds will be released to you.
        • 6. If the dispute is resolved in the Service Provider owner’s favour the funds will be forwarded to the Service Provider owner.
    • D. If you are entitled to a refund for any reason for goods or services obtained with funds in your Account, you agree to accept credits to your Card as the only method of refund. We accept no liability to ensure that goods or services that you purchase will meet your satisfaction.
    • E. You are responsible for all transactions made on any of your Cards, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and/or by relevant law. Should any Card reach a zero balance and still have further transations or fees outstanding due to delayed or erroneous posting of any transaction due to processing or operational errors, we reserve the absolute right to make a charge or charges to:
      (1) any other Cards that you may have with Spotcash;
      (2) any eWallet that you may have with Spotcash;
      (3) the loading payment mechanism that you used to fund your Account, and/or to any other Account that you many have with Spotcash in order to clear any such indebitness you have incurred and to ensure the Card does not exceed a zero balance.

Receive Funds and Automatic Transfer Agreement

This Spotcash Receive Funds and Automatic Transfer Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Spotcash. This Agreement applies to you in addition to the User Agreement and other applicable agreements. All capitalized terms shall have the definitions provided in this Agreement, or if a definition is not provided in this Agreement, the definition in the User Agreement shall apply. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if the revised version includes a Substantial Change, we will provide you with 30 Days' prior notice of Substantial Change by posting notice on the "Policy Updates" page of our website.

Spotcash Receive Funds and Automatic Transfer allows you to receive payments into your Spotcash account and have those amounts automatically transferred to your linked bank account or credit card. All payments that you receive are subject to a 30-day hold period. Please read these terms and conditions to understand Spotcash’s requirements for receiving payments.

  • 1 - Eligibility

    In order to receive payments into your Spotcash's wallet account, you must link your bank account or credit card to your Spotcash account and complete Spotcash’s credit card and/or bank account verification process.

  • 2 - Automatic Transfer

    On a regular basis, Spotcash will automatically transfer the amounts from your available Spotcash Balance to your bank account.

    The automatic transfer will occur within 2 days of each transaction.

    There is no fee for automatic transfers to your bank account.

  • 3 - Manual Transfer and Fee

    If you do not want to wait for the automatic transfer, you may manually transfer the amounts in your available Spotcash's wallet balance to your bank account.

    Manual transfers to your bank account are free.

  • 4 - Payment Hold Period

    All payments that you receive will be subject to an initial 2 days hold period and will be placed in a pending balance. This means that you will not have access to your funds for at 2 days.

    After the initial 2 days hold period, your funds will be released to your available balance unless Spotcash is holding the amounts for another reason as specified in the Spotcash User Agreement, or other agreement that you have entered into with Spotcash.

    Spotcash, in its sole discretion, may determine that you are no longer subject to an initial 2 days hold period. In such an event, payments you receive into your Spotcash account will appear in your available balance soon after you receive the payment. Spotcash will base its decision to remove the 2 day hold period on a number of factors including but not limited to the following: the length of time you have been a Spotcash customer, the type of goods or services that you sell, and the number of customer complaints that you receive.

  • 5 - Withdrawal Limits

    Automatic transfers to your credit card are limited to 2,00,000 INR per transfer.

    Manual transfers to a credit card are limited to 5,00,000 INR per day.

    The daily limit of transfers to your credit card (total of automatic and manual transfers) is 5,00,000 INR.

  • 6 - Financial Instruments linked bank accounts

    If you have more than one financial instrument linked to your Spotcash account, Spotcash will use the first financial instrument that you linked to your Spotcash account for automatic transfers.

    • This means that if you link a credit card to your Spotcash account one day, and then link a second credit card to your account the next day, Spotcash will use the first credit card for the automatic transfer.
    • You may change this by going to the “Profile” page, selecting “Manage Automatic Transfer”, and following the instructions to select your preferred financial instrument for automatic transfers.

    If you remove your bank account and/or credit card, Spotcash will request that you add a new financial instrument to your Spotcash account. If you do not do so, you will lose the ability to receive payments.

    If Spotcash is unable to transfer your balance to your bank account and/or credit card for any reason, then Spotcash will give you a limited amount of time to add a new financial instrument to your Spotcash account. If you do not do so, you will lose the ability to receive payments.

  • 7 - Restriction on Sending Payments

    You may use your credit card to send payments. You may not use your Spotcash balance or bank account to send payments. All amounts in your available Spotcash balance must be withdrawn from your Spotcash'wallet account through automatic and/or manual transfer.

  • 8 - Transaction Fees for Receiving Payments

    The Transaction Fee applies to all amounts you receive into your Spotcash account for commercial transactions, including amounts that are placed in a pending balance. The Transaction Fee is a percentage of the transaction plus a fixed amount based on the type of card payment you receive.
