Kya charge change ho sakta hai mere card ke hisaab se?
Standard cards ke liye charge hamesha 2.5% flat hoga. Premium, Signature, Platinum ya Corporate cards ke liye slightly higher rate apply ho sakta hai (3.0%–3.5%). Agar sure nahi hain toh WhatsApp pe apna card ka naam bhej ke confirm karein — 2 minute mein jawab milega.
Minimum charge ₹250 kab lagta hai?
Minimum charge ₹250 tab lagta hai jab 2.5% ka amount ₹250 se kam ho. For example: ₹5,000 ka 2.5% = ₹125 hota, lekin minimum ₹250 lagega. ₹10,000 se upar ke transactions mein 2.5% = ₹250 ya usse zyada hoga — toh minimum charge automatically cover ho jaata hai.
GST alag se lagega kya?
Nahi. 2.5% charge mein sab kuch included hai — GST, processing fee, settlement charge — kuch alag nahi. Jo calculator mein dikhata hai, wahi pay karna hoga. Zero surprises.
